Rental fee includes delivery and pick up in the Greater Victoria Area. Trailer rentals include: delivery & set up, 50' power cord, extension cords, stabilizing jacks, shelving (if required), Key for door locks, hitch lock, pick up and cleaning.

What electrical requirements are needed for a ChillBox trailer?

All of our trailers come fully equipped to plug into a standard 115V, 15 amp service outlet. We supply the power cord, all you need is to plug it in. If the trailer is to be plugged in outdoors, a GFCI outlet is required. Most commercial and household outlets meet these requirements.

 

Can a ChillBox trailer run on a generator?

It certainly can. We have generators available to run any of our trailers. Let us know if you require one when you make your reservation.

 

How do I prepare for the delivery of a ChillBox trailer?

Make sure you have a relatively flat spot picked out for the trailer, close to the required power (unless you require a generator). When our driver arrives, let him know where you would like the trailer, he will do the set up, give you the keys for the locks and answer any questions you may have, It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

 

How far away from an electrical Outlet can a ChillBox trailer be placed?

All of our trailers come equipped with a 50' (15m) power cord that can plug directly into any 120V outlet.

 

What if there is a problem with my ChillBox trailer?

We take great care in cleaning and maintaining our ChillBox trailers. We have a Certified Refrigeration Technician on staff to check the equipment regularly. In the unlikely event that there is a problem, you can contact us 24/7 at 250-661-1614 and we will have you back up and running in no time.

We accept cash, cheques, Visa® and Mastercard®.

How do I reserve a ChillBox trailer?

We are happy to accept reservation over the phone, through our website or by email. In order to make a reservation we require a deposit of 20% or $100, whichever is the greater amount, and a credit card number.

Am I able to cancel my ChillBox trailer reservation?

No problem! A reservation may be cancelled at any time. If a reservation is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the start date of the reservation, the deposit will be fully refunded. If the reservation is cancelled 7 days or less prior the start date of the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.

I have my own truck. Can I pick up and/or move the ChillBox trailer myself?

No, for insurance purposes our ChillBox trailers are only to be delivered and moved by one of our ChillBox Trailer Crew.

What security features does a ChillBox trailer have?

Upon set up, our ChillBox driver will attach a lock to the trailer tongue to prevent it from being stolen. As well, we will supply one key to the Lockable doors to keep your product safe.

Mark is a certified HVAC and Refrigeration Mechanic with over 14 years experience. He keeps the refrigerated trailers clean and running in tip top condition. Mark will deliver the ChillBox Trailer to your location, will set it up and give you a key for secure and easy access to your products. Mark will stay on site with you until all of your questions are answered and then return to remove the trailer when you have finished with it. It's as simple as that.
